Two teenagers, NIKO - a brooding dropout, and JANEY - an irrepressible optimist, find each other after tumbling into The Globosphere: a deceptively idyllic countryside world sealed inside a snow globe. Unsure of how they arrived (beyond shaking the snow globe inside a dusty antique shop) and even less sure of how to escape, they fixate on the lone tower haunting the horizon, hoping it holds answers.
 

As they set forth, the world reveals its rules. The landscape is peppered with towering speakers among the trees and fields, filling the air with ever-present jazz. At regular intervals, a cheerful, disembodied voice greets the air: 

"Good Dome dear Globospherians! This marks the official commencement of Collection. Remember, close your doors and close your eyes. Don’t be scared, Don’t be un-wise. Collection is for all to thrive."
 

Along the way, the teens are joined by the only two creatures who don’t seem to hate humans: NETTLE, a timid plant girl exiled from home to work as a traveling merchant, and CHESTIKOV, a sentient wooden chest with a suspiciously thick Russian accent. At great personal risk, Nettle becomes their tour guide through this unnerving landscape - navigating trees made of meat, sheep that grow grass instead of wool, and an abundance of watchful eyes. Chestikov contributes… moral support.
 

What begins as a mysterious, storybook journey curdles into a dystopian thriller as the teens uncover the Globosphere’s origins and realize their presence has massive, rippling consequences.
